Technical Sales Engineer / Solutions Architect

We are seeking a senior sales engineer/solutions architect who is hands-on and passionate about transforming technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team and participate in customer conversations and do product demos
  • Onboard new customers and help with data ingestion and ETL and validate the salesforce/Service now fields.
  • Customize and configure the product to map to the support workflows of the customer
  • Write product documentation, produce tutorial videos

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • 5+ years’ of relevant experience as a support engineer or as a support/escalations manager
  • Deep domain knowledge about the common process and workflows and reporting used in the technical support industry
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the value and distinct feature sets of the product
  • Empathetic to customer needs with a strong focus on customer success and building long term relationship
  • Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, JIRA, ZenDesk, ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Skilled in python/BASH and SQL and NoSQL database
  • Exposure to ML/NLP technologies will be a big plus

Office Manager

We are looking for an adept administrative/operational specialist who can wear multiple hats.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar and administrative tasks for the CEO and other Executives of the company
  • Handle HR tasks (employee onboarding, benefits management, answer employe questions etc)
  • Schedule board meetings
  • Schedule meetings with prospective candidates and customers
  • Help and manage logistics for customer events and parties
  • Manage office supplies

Qualifications

  • Outstanding communication (both oral and written) and inter-personal skills

We are seeking a Sales player/coach and a hunter who is relentless, hands-on and enjoys building efficient sales operations from scratch.

We are seeing a lot of traction for our product and we have more interest than we can process at the moment. Our existing customers rave about the product and are acting as our sales machine.

  • Experience selling to SalesForce Service Cloud, JIRA, ZenDesk, ServiceNow ecosystem will be a big plus

Integration Engineer

We are seeking a developer with strong SalesForce Lightning, and Visualforce programming skills.

We are looking for someone with demonstrated success with at least two large Salesforce.com integration projects.

Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application required. It would be a big plus If you have SalesForce.com Platform Developer certification and also experience in building plugins for ZenDesk, ServiceNow, JIRA and other mainstream ticketing platforms.

Data Platform Engineer

We are seeking data platform engineers with an interest and background in building backend systems, data pipelines, and distributed systems in successful production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Write Python code to normalize and transform customer data for analysis and machine learning
  • Develop and deploy Python code into production data pipeline(s)
  • Provision/deploy customer environments, including backend infrastructure, SQL databases, and customer-specific configuration within a secure VPC
  • Work with account team members to understand customer data requirements and design and implement solutions that address their needs
  • Run, monitor, and assess the output of data processing and/or machine learning jobsWhile SupportLogic is headquartered in San Jose, California, our R&D team is located across the US and remote workers are welcome to apply. This position must be filled in the United States due to the necessity of accessing sensitive customer data.

Qualifications

  • Located in the United States (due to customer data access requirements)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Fluency in Python (experience with common data science libraries, such as Pandas, numpy, and scikit-learn preferred)
  • Software engineering skills, including the ability to evaluate code complexity and performance tradeoffs
  • Experience working with and understanding data models and schemata
  • Experience with SQL databases (Postgres preferred)
  • Self-starting, with the interest and passion to contribute in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Communication skills to work effectively with engineering and account teams (and ideally customers)
  • Candidates who demonstrate aptitude in these areas may also train, evaluate, and deploy ML models
  • Join customer calls to evaluate and discuss customer data requirements and how SupportLogic may be able to address them (or has addressed them)
  • Contribute to engineering processes and tools such as development environments, testing practices, deployment/CI/CD pipelines, and so on
  • Design and implement new methods of importing customer data
  • Launch integration with new Systems of Record
  • Augment the core components and functionality of the SupportLogic data platform itself
